We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about product updates or changes to this privacy policy. If you subscribe to our email list, we will occasionally contact you via email about new products, sales, and other news.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. To unsubscribe from our email list, you can click the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of our emails. You can also email us at contact@curiositychronicles.org in order to:

• See what data we have about you, if any.

• Change/correct any data we have about you.

• Have us delete any data we have about you.

• Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page. In addition, all payment information is processed and stored by reputable third-parties, such as PayPal and Stripe. Credit card numbers and other sensitive financial information is not received or stored by Curiosity Chronicles.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we do offer returns.

You may return on digital items within 7 days of purchase.

You may return a physical book within 30 days of purchase. To return a physical book, we ask that you pay return shipment and a 10% processing fee. Books must be returned unused. After we receive your books we will process your refund to your original payment method.

 

Future Downloads

Once you buy a digital product from us, it's yours forever!

The original download link you'll receive is only good for 30 days, but we understand that often times you'll need to download your products after that timeframe (we've all had a computer die and lost all our files haven't we?)

If you ever need to redownload your products please let us know at contact@curiositychronicles.org. Please include your order number or email address used at purchase to help us locate your order. We're more than happy to send you a new download link!
